  2. The product(s) (socks) must be in the pack and unworn condition and must be clean. We will not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  4. We will check the condition of the returned goods before proceeding with the refund. Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping and handling fees that were incurred during the initial purchase.
